Hailing from Bihar, Pramod is a proud founding member of BJSM, deeply rooted in his heritage and dedicated to fostering a vibrant, inclusive Bihar-Jharkhand diaspora. With unwavering passion, he drives BJSM’s initiatives, promoting cultural pride, community unity, and youth mentorship, inspiring the next generation to celebrate their identity and thrive in Sydney.

 Originally from Nawada and raised in Bokaro, she is a fun-loving, family-oriented individual passionate about women’s dignity and social change.
With a background in Economics, she works in the mental health sector.
An active BJSM volunteer since 2008, she also served as Public Officer for five years. 

 Based in Sydney with roots in Ranchi and Ara, she is a businesswoman with over 15 years of experience in New Zealand and Australia.
Passionate about Bihar’s development and preserving its rich culture abroad.
Served BJSM Wellington for 4 years and is now dedicated to serving BJSM Sydney. 

 a seasoned construction professional in Sydney with over 16 years of experience and leads two successful ventures — Sydney Consulting Engineers and SAPIOS Homes.
An active BJSM member since 2016, he currently serves on the coordination committee, contributing to cultural and community initiatives in Sydney. 

 Braj Dubey, fondly known as “Bhagalpuri Power,” is a Chartered Engineer and Technical Director based in Australia, with roots in Bhagalpur, Bihar. Born in Gujarat and fluent in multiple languages, he balances his engineering career with passions like cricket coaching and cooking. Proud of his heritage, he remains deeply connected to his cultural roots in Bihar.
